STEP 1:

Choose desired Halfpipe/MiniRamp. E-Mail ResiRamps at chad@resiramps.com. Text or call ResiRamps at 952-920-7267 . Specify ramp type and size. Note: List prices do not include travel charges which will vary depending on your location.

STEP 2:

ResiRamps will contact you within one business day to confirm ramp specifications and to schedule installation dates. Upon verbal agreement, ResiRamps will E-mail or mail a proposal/quote/agreement form to you.

STEP 3:
|
When you receive the proposal/quote/agreement form, please print it out and read it carefully. If you agree to the terms, please sign the form and write a check or money order to Chad Bertelson for 50% of the total price of the ramp. You may mail the form and the 50% down payment to ResiRamps at:

Note: ResiRamps can now also accept credit card payments over the phone if that works better for you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

STEP 4:
|
Once ResiRamps receives the agreement form and down payment, Chad Bertelson will sign the agreement - forming a contract. ResiRamps will then send the signed contract and sales receipt back to you (the customer).

STEP 5:
|
Ramp materials will be delivered to your build site. A ResiRamps builder will travel to your site as scheduled on the agreement form. Currently, Chad Bertelson (owner, ramp designer/builder, and skater) is the primary installer and skate tester for new ramps.

STEP 6:
|
ResiRamps will build ramp to your specifications and satisfaction. Pay the remaining balance upon completion and 100% customer satisfaction by check, money order, or credit card.
